What exactly is a credit?
A virtual token used inside the JusMuzic chatroom. 1,000 credits equals one US dollar. Credits are not cash, can't be withdrawn or transferred, and have no value outside the chat.
Do credits expire?
No. They sit in your account until you spend them, as long as your account is in good standing.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. If a payment goes through and credits don't appear, contact us and we'll fix it straight away.
Does a pull up guarantee the tune gets played?
No. Selectors read every request but they run their own set. A pull up is support for the DJ, not a purchase of airtime.
Is my card safe?
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. They never touch JusMuzic servers.
Do I need an account to listen?
Never. The stream and the chat are free to read. An account is only needed to post and to tip.
