Terms of Service
The rules for using the JusMuzic chatroom, credits and tipping. Plain English, no surprises.
1. Who can use JusMuzic
You must be 18 years or older to create an account, buy credits or post in the chatroom. Listening to the stream is open to everyone. We may close any account we believe belongs to a minor.
2. Your account
You choose a unique display name and are responsible for everything posted from your account. Do not share your login. Impersonating a DJ, moderator or another listener is grounds for removal.
3. Chatroom conduct
No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, doxxing, spam, scams or promotion of other stations. Moderators may delete messages, mute an account temporarily or ban it permanently, at their discretion and without notice.
4. Credits
Credits are a virtual in-chat currency at a rate of 1,000 credits to one US dollar. They are not money, hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts or withdrawn. Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing. Credits held by a banned account are forfeited.
5. Purchases and refunds
Credit purchases are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Because credits are delivered instantly and consumed digitally, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If credits do not appear after a completed payment, contact us and we will resolve it.
6. Tips, pull ups and shout outs
Spending credits sends a request to the selector on air. Selectors play what they choose — a pull up, shout out or drink is a gesture of support, not a purchase of guaranteed airtime. Spent credits are not returned if a request is not read or played.
7. The broadcast
The stream, schedule and shows may change or be interrupted at any time. Show times are approximate and given in US Eastern time.
8. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant JusMuzic permission to display it in the chatroom and to read shout outs on air. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
