What we collect when you join the chatroom, why we need it, and how to get rid of it.
What we collect
Your email address and display name when you register. Chat messages and tip activity you create. An approximate city and country derived from your IP address, used only so JusBot can welcome you. Payment records limited to the amount, the pack purchased and a payment reference.
What we never collect
Card numbers and banking details never touch our servers — they are handled entirely by our payment provider. We do not use your browser's precise location.
Why we use it
To run your account and credit balance, display the chatroom, deliver tips and pull ups to the selector on air, prevent abuse and fraud, and keep a record of purchases.
Who can see it
Your display name, messages and tips are public inside the chatroom. Your email address, balance and location are visible only to you and to station administrators. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Cookies and storage
We store a session token in your browser so you stay signed in, and a small flag so JusBot doesn't greet you twice in a session. No third-party advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Chat messages are retained so the room has history. Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting. Delete your account and we remove your profile and personal details; anonymised transaction records may remain.
Your choices
You can update your display name, request a copy of your data, or ask for your account and messages to be deleted through the Contact page.
Children
JusMuzic accounts are for adults 18 and over. If we learn a minor has registered we delete the account.
